This property boasts 4 bedrooms + Office, 2.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10!

Pool Heat is an additional $100/night. You MUST notify us if you want pool heat at least 48 hours before your reservations starts. If you choose to add "POOL HEAT" you must have it on for the duration of your stay.

Pool Heat Temp is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the ambient outside temperature.

*Rental Agreement must be signed for reservation confirmation

Our Cancelation Policy is 10% of the reservation amount or $150.00 whichever is greater. There are no exceptions to this policy and applies to all reservations.

We had a great vacation! This house was perfect for our family! Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We spent many hours in the pool and found the location to be super convenient. The house had everything we needed and wanted. We can’t wait to stay again!

Everything was great. The pool heat is worth every penny. It was cold during our trip but with the pool heat it didn't matter. Great place for kids with the pool, 2 basketball hoops, putting green and a great yard to play football and a game of catch. Not to mention it also has a TV outside. Having the fence was great and we didn't even notice the neighbors. Inside of the house was clean and the beds were good. They had everything we needed as well. I would recommend not shopping for household items until after you check in. The one worry we had was the distance to travel for events around Phoenix but this area had everything and when we need to travel the 101 loop was right there and we never had to go further than 25 min. However if you just want to stay local there's great food and shopping only 5 min away. When we look to go to Phoenix again this will be the place we stay at. Taylor was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. If this place is open book it.
