It's the perfect location to explore the valley, located close to popular dining and entertainment options. Moon Valley is an exclusive community in Phoenix with easy access to many options! The house boasts Plenty of Parking in the Oversized Driveway as well as the 2 car garage. Many hiking trails are in walking distance. Also nearby are world class golfing, shopping, and dining venues. Guest safety is paramount a camera is positioned to view the street. This is a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. The home rests in the back of a cul-de-sac with nothing behind but a rarely used dog park.

Although this property is perfect for entertaining, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Event Policy. The City of Phoenix takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines and the removal of this listing from the various platforms. This doesn't mean you can't enjoy this space with large groups, it just means you need to respect the neighbors and quiet hours.

It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Street Parking in front of the neighbors property is NOT allowed.
